How to use

Twist open the cover to reveal the tampon holder.
Step 2 of 6
Remove the tampon holder from the pusher.
Step 3 of 6
Place a tampon into the holder with the string hanging freely.
Step 4 of 6
Slide the pusher slightly into the holder until it clicks into place. Position the string into either side groove on the pusher.
Step 5 of 6
Hold the base of the holder and gently insert until your fingers touch your vulva.

Push the pusher until it clicks to release the tampon.
